Victoria Tsai the founder of TATCHA skincare was lovely enough to send over few samples of her luxurious line and the core of it a creamy, water-activated powder blend of rice and papaya enzymes, antibacterial dokudami, plus TATCHA's signature HADASEI-3™ complex of rice bran oil, red algae, and green tea.
The extracts in the enzyme powder gently release debris from the skin, revealing baby soft skin. With this product it doubles as a cleanser. Being in powder form it's very different than I'm use too as I only use liquid cleansers and cream exfoliants.
To use you pour one teaspoon's worth of product in wet hands and rub together to turn the powder into a creamy foam. You then apply it onto a wet face, for 10 seconds and rinse away. Pretty simple, that's it. After rinsing away I'm left with velvety soft, exquisite skin. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry after, just very smooth skin. Besides the rice enzyme powder, TATCHA's Original Aburatorigami sheets(large sheets of abaca paper that perfectly absorb oil from the skin and contain flecks of gold, and are much bigger sheets than Boscia's) are my favorite producs of the line.
